NEW ALBUM RAVAGE "THE END OF TOMORROW"

The most metal classics were undoubtedly released between 1980 and 1990. Unfortunately, looking at the music scene today, one thing becomes more and more obvious: image matters more, music less. Almost gone are the days when you could savor IRON MAIDEN’s twin guitar attack, the thrash eruptions from the Bay Area and Germany and true metal in general uncontaminated by modern influences. Almost gone? Yes, because between all trendhoppers there’s fortunately some young bands with true liquid heavy metal in their veins, the way it was originally meant to be. Boston’s RAVAGE are among these young savages who have really done their homework, upholding the flag of true, uncompromising heavy metal, no matter which direction the wind is blowing from. Their gripping blend of the NWOBHM of the early 80s, late 80s thrash and early 90s power metal screams for denim vests, fists held high and headbanging. Their second album "The end of tomorrow" is sure to be enjoyed by metal maniacs young and old as it blends the soaring vocal and guitar melodies of Iron Maiden and Helloween with the raw power of thrashers like Testament and Kreator, presented in a crisply modern production-style. The cover-artwork has been done by infamous artist Ed Repka!
