On Sunday October 23, the Amsterdam Dance Event shall reach a climax with a rare and not to be missed 6 hour performance by the pioneering Sander Kleinenberg at his own ‘THIS IS’ event.
In addition to Sander’s solo set there will be a very exclusive guest appearance by no one less than British Jazz/Pop singer and legend Jamie Cullum. Sander and Jamie will obviously perform their hit collaboration ‘Remember When’ live. Next to that expect fresh and unreleased projects on which they're currently working.
Jamie Cullum is not only a charismatic jazz musician with the ability and versatility to blur musical genre with his unique take on jazz, pop and rock. He's also no stranger to dance music, given his earlier collaboration with Darren Emmerson. With a Grammy, 2 Golden Globe and several BRIT nominations under his belt, Cullum is a success story around the globe.
All revenue from this ADE 2011 closing party will be donated to Dutch charity organization Giro 555 who deliver vital aid and emergency assistance to the victims of drought who are threatened by hunger in the so called 'Horn of Africa'.
