Suburban Records and Keith Caputo have inked a deal for Keith’s new album
‘A Fondness For Hometown Scars’.
Suburban Records will be releasing the album this spring in Europe.
Suburban Records managing director Ronald Drayer says “We are very, very excited releasing Keith’s new album. We think this is Keith’s strongest album to date and I wouldn’t be surprised if this album will be called a classic in the course of time. Keith’s emotional driven vocals are superb and the songs on the album vary from fragile songs to indie poptracks to hardrocking riffs, but all done in a very organic way”.
Guestmusicians on the album include Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers) on trumpet, Gerry Leonard (a.o. David Bowie, Rufus Wainwright) and Craig Ross (a.o. Lenny Kravitz, Mick Jagger, Sheryl Crow).
Produced by: Martyn Lenoble, one of the founding members of Porno For Pyros. He has worked with a.o. Jane's Addiction, The Cult, Dave Gahan, Scott Weiland, Daniel Lanois.
Mixed by: Martyn Lenoble & Vincent Jones (a.o. David Gahan, Morrissey, Cowboy Junkies, Monster Magnet).
Mastered by: George Marino (a.o. Bon Jovi, Coldplay, Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, Metallica).
