Club info about: Hannah Holland "What You Feel"

Let's start by talking about the remixers. James Braun is part of the Tartlet crew - a label founded by Playtime favourite Tomboy of Whomadewho and Fredski, and a label whose first release was described as "sampled-horn madness" and "as if James Holden and Paul Jonson were trying to make minimal house together". Braun, meanwhile, has appeared on Claude Von Stroke's Fabric comp and his label Mothership, has fans like dOP and Martyn, and was even called "fonkee" by Carl Craig - high praise indeed.

Nick Verwey, meanwhile, is a new Playtime favourite. His last track for us, Horn Rash, got props from Jesse Rose, Cassius, and Mike Monday reports needing a mop to clean up the dancefloor after that track's trouser-shaking bass. Tom Dazing's remix, also, was one of the most wonderfully strange things we've released.

And then there's Hannah Holland, who wrote the track. A regular at the Exit Festival, one of the founders of London's seminal day-glo Trailer Trash night AND the Bastard Batty Bass label, she's now followed up her earlier Playtime smash Banshee with this piece of bottom-heavy grove, What You Feel. Check it out.
