Billboard magazine heeft onlangs een lijst gepubliceerd met de 50 meest sexie songs allertijden die in de Amerikaanse hitlijst hebben gestaan tussen het begin -4 aug 1958- en 16 jan. 2010

De rangorde is gebaseerd op de hoogstbehaalde positie en de punten die daaruit zijn verkregen.

U2 and the Rolling Stones have been named the top touring acts of the 2000s by Billboard. Madonna is also listed in the top three.
The Rolling Stones claimed the top honours, having made more than $869 million dollars from 264 concerts during the past decade. The band played to more than 8.2 million fans worldwide over the course of the 10-year span.

Meanwhile, U2 brought in $844 million with 288 shows. All of the band’s performances sold out.

The concert industry continued a recession-proof boom in 2009, with U2’s "360 Tour" leading the way, according to year-end numbers issued by ticket resale marketplace StubHub.
The eBay unit’s gross dollar sales for concert tickets increased 40% from 2008, marking a second consecutive year of growth at that level, while there was a 65% increase in concert ticket volume.
