Band die in de jaren 60 furore maakte met hits als "Time of the season", "She's not there", "Tell her no" en het voor veel popliefhebbers legendarische popalbum "Odessey And Oracle".
Dat album is 40 jaar geleden uitgebracht en naar aanleiding daarvan is de groep in bijna originele bezetting bezig met een revival tour.
Colin Blunstone: From my first solo album and solo tour for over 10 years through the Odessy and Oracle concerts to the Mojo Classic Album award. Then performing in festivals in Spain, Switzerland, England and Canada, before touring northern America with our old pals The Yardbirds and working for the first time with Spencer Davis.
We've just started rehearsing the first tracks for a new Zombies album and I'm also looking to record some new solo tracks. On the touring front The Zombies will be playing in the U.K. in October and Belgium and Holland in November.
